Tina qualified as a physiotherapist in 2001 having studied at King’s College London University. She has worked extensively both in the UK, for the NHS and in private practice, and abroad, having spent several ski seasons as a Head Physiotherapist in Val D’Isere, France.

Tina is the Head Physiotherapist and owner of Brighton Physiotherapy Clinic.

She has extensive experience in the treatment of all musculoskeletal disorders and has completed postgraduate training in Women’s Pelvic Health, Acupuncture, Female Urinary Dysfunction, Bladder Pain Syndrome (Interstitial Cystitis), Traumatic Birth, Menopause Management, Bowel Health, Diastasis Rectus Abdominus (DRA) rehabilitation and Core Restore & Functional Exercise Programming.

Tina sees women through all stages of life, including antenatal, post-natal, perimenopausal and menopausal women, as well as those suffering from any type of pelvic pain or dysfunction.

Tina has close links with several women’s specific therapists throughout Brighton and Hove.

As well as running around after her 2 children, Tina enjoys pilates, yoga, swimming & running, as well as water sports & snowboarding (when she can!).

Tina works at both the Kemptown & Fiveways clinics.
