Tina Mason qualified as a physiotherapist in 2001 after studying at King’s College London. With extensive experience in both the NHS and private practice, she has also worked internationally, spending several ski seasons as Head Physiotherapist in Val d’Isère, France.

As the Lead Physiotherapist and owner of Brighton Physiotherapy Clinic, Tina specialises in musculoskeletal disorders and has completed advanced postgraduate training in Women’s Pelvic Health, Acupuncture, Female Urinary Dysfunction, Bladder Pain Syndrome (Interstitial Cystitis), Traumatic Birth Recovery, Menopause Management, Bowel Health, Diastasis Rectus Abdominis (DRA) Rehabilitation, and Core Restore & Functional Exercise Programming.

Tina is passionate about supporting women through all life stages, including pregnancy, postpartum recovery, perimenopause, and menopause. She works with women experiencing pelvic pain, dysfunction, or concerns about core strength and recovery.

She has strong professional links with women’s health specialists across Brighton and Hove, ensuring comprehensive and collaborative care for her patients.

Outside of work, Tina keeps active by running, swimming, yoga, and Pilates. She also enjoys water sports and snowboarding whenever she gets the chance—alongside keeping up with her two children!
